Know when Shopify orders stop reaching Klaviyo.

What to check: Klaviyo's Shopify integration. It can say "Enabled" even while orders aren't arriving.
"Enabled", and still not syncing
Klaviyo's Shopify integration can stop passing orders across while its page still says "Enabled". Orders placed in the meantime can reach Klaviyo hours or days late, and until they do, order confirmations and post-purchase flows can't send for them. Nothing tells you. You find out when the numbers look wrong.

- Only checks orders Klaviyo always receives: orders placed online or as draft orders, with a customer email. Orders without an email, and point-of-sale or other channels, are left out.
- Matches each order exactly: by its Shopify id, not by counting and comparing totals.
- Double-checks before it speaks: it reads the order from Shopify once more before any email.
- Waits when unsure: if Klaviyo or Shopify can't give a clear answer, it checks again rather than guessing.
- Never repeats itself: one email per order, ever.
- Read-only: it never changes anything in Shopify or Klaviyo.
It starts with a 60-day check
Within minutes of connecting, it looks back over every order from the last 60 days and tells you whether any never reached Klaviyo.

We looked back over the 1,240 orders placed in the last 60 days. Of those, 1,198 are in Klaviyo and 42 aren't expected there (no email, or sold in person or through another channel). Every order Klaviyo should have is there.
In the week to 21 Sep 2026 we checked 143 orders against Klaviyo. Every one arrived. No action needed.
